This Subscription and Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between (), hereinafter referred to as the "Customer," and Codingobjectsdubai , hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Subscription Package and Services:

   The Customer has subscribed to the Premium AI Package Package for 2299.000 USD offered by Codingobjectsdubai.com, which includes the following services:

   • Develop an informal Website, Maintain existing website, Content Writing, Product listing, Video and Image Editing
   • Digital Marketing on GOOGLE (GMB-SEO), META, Yelp, NextDoor and TripAdvisor and more....
   • Develop a Mobile App for IOS and Android
   • AI Solution for Business Problems
   • Develop a fully customizable e-commerce website or Upgrade and Maintain an existing website.
   • Review Management
   
   
2. Subscription Term:

   The initial term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year, commencing on 12/28/2024 and ending on 01/28/2025 .

3. Subscription Fee:

   The Customer agrees to pay the Provider a subscription fee of 2299.000 USD per month for the duration of the Agreement. Payment shall be made on a monthly basis, in advance, using the payment method provided by the Customer during the subscription signup process.

4. Minimum Subscription Period:

   The Customer agrees to maintain this subscription for a minimum of six (6) months from the Start Date. In the event that the subscription is canceled before the completion of the minimum subscription period.

5. Upgrading Services:

   The Customer may choose to upgrade their subscription at any time during the term of this Agreement. The upgraded services will be subject to a revised fee structure based on the new package chosen by the Customer.

6. Cancellation Notice:

   After the completion of the minimum subscription period, the Customer may cancel this subscription by providing the Provider with a written notice of cancellation at least two (2) months prior to the intended cancellation date. The notice of cancellation shall be sent to the Provider's designated contact email address.

7. Termination of Services:

   Upon the cancellation of the subscription, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that all services provided under this Agreement, including website upgradation, mobile app development, content writing, and digital marketing, will cease at the end of the notice period.

8. Termination for Cause:

   Either Party may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect in the event of a material breach of the terms and conditions outlined herein. Termination shall not relieve the breaching Party of its obligations to pay any outstanding fees or charges.

9. Governing Law:

   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.

10. Entire Agreement:

    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
